Sole Agency Fee - 1.5% + VAT (1.95% inc VAT) * Joint Agency Fee 1.75% + Vat (2.1% inc VAT ) * and

Multi-Agency Fee - 2% + VAT (2.4% inc VAT) *


*Our Fees are subject to minimum charges of £4,000 + VAT (£4,800 inc VAT) for Sole & Joint Agency and £5,000 + VAT ( £6,000 inc VAT) for Multi-Agency.

It is important when already on the market with another estate agent to check their contractual

obligations to avoid situations where they could become liable to pay two fees when instructing a new agent.
