Our journey began in September 2016 when two likeminded professionals joined forces and set up KEY PROPERTY CONSULTANTS this all started in a small unit in Chislehurst. Having realised they were able to work together and with such a great start they decided to take on a much larger office on the High Street in Penge in April 2017.
This was a good opportunity to grow the business and the company started to take on employees.
In February 2022 the company decided to expand and look for a much larger premises still on the same High Street, but this time allowing for more employees to work in the office, whilst at the same time expanding the business side into both lettings and sales. This was on part based on a noticeable increase of managed and non-managed property enquiries and homeowners wanting to sell properties through us. Which then also led to a lot of commercial enquiries for both lettings and sales.
Later expanding into Welling by setting up a second office on Bellegrove Road, Welling. (Another High Street Location) in October 2022. Not resting on our laurels do please keep an eye out for further expansion. In time- We may well end up somewhere near you!!

Who offer a range of mental health services. Aimed at meeting different needs of approximately 1,000 adults a month and focus in 4 different service delivery areas. They include one-to-one support in the community, accommodation services, advocacy and supporting people in criminal justice settings who have experienced mental distress.
