We market your property on all the leading portals, Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market.

We also advertise our services and select properties via social media by using You Tube, Instagram and Facebook mediums.

You will be pleased to learn that once your property is on the market you will have the unique advantage of having one person deal with your property from initial instruction, accompanied viewings, dealing with offers and seeing the sale through to completion.

As well as receiving enquiries online via the main property websites, we also have a 'High Street' office location in two locations Penge and Welling. From here we handle many calls, emails and match potential buyers to properties available.

We also include properties in our window display and all properties can be viewed from our website.

All viewings are accompanied and where possible we look to conduct block viewings to encourage potential buyers and tenants to make a decision on whether to purchase or not more rapidly
