Full job description
We are looking for a prudent Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
Main duties of the role (brief):
- To co-manage our property management portfolio in an efficient and proactive manner, responding to all Landlord and Tenant queries in a timely manner.
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the portfolio to ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure our regular inspections are carried out by our chosen third-party company who produce inspection reports that you must go through and report back to LLs with and inform TTs to rectify any issues/damage they may have caused.
- Ensure the properties comply with the health and safety requirements in line with updated legislation.
- ·Serving of relevant notices as required.
- Dealing with Tenancy renewals and all relevant paperwork and communications as relevant.
- Dealing compliance renewals such as Gas Safety/EPC/Electric Certification (split between team).
- To support the front office in maximising the lettings income for the business.
- To establish strong relationships with landlords, always acting in a professional capacity, offering a high level of service that exceeds the other agents. Go the extra mile for your landlords/ tenants.
- Ensuring database is always kept up to date and in line with GDPR regulations.

- Within a 45-minute/1-hour commute of our Penge office.
- ARLA qualified - desirable but not essential - we are happy to sign you up to Propertymark training once you reach a certain level of service with the company.
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of at least 100 residential properties.

Hours and Location:
Our Property Management team are based within our Penge office (SE20 7DS). Your Portfolio will be split between two/three of our other team members.
This is an office-based role only.
Your role will be Monday - Friday with one Saturday worked every fortnight. When working a Saturday, you will get a day off during the week.
Monday: 9:00 - 18:00
Tuesday: 9:00 - 18:00
Wednesday: 9:00 - 18:00
Thursday: 9:00 - 18:00
Friday: 9:00 - 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 - 17:00
