As a business development/ sales manager (with many years of experience-both in Independent and Corporate environments and having run my own company). I am concerned with improving and growing the business, by fostering and developing relationships with clients and customers on the sales side of Key Property Consultants Ltd.
I also look at ways to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, which also involves enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.
My work often reaches across many areas of the business obtaining instructions, negotiating sales and feedback to viewings/offers and finally completion. I have gained a wealth of experience in several key locations within Kent, and London Canary Wharf and have experienced various market scenarios during my 30 years. Getting the best out of both positive and negative markets on either side of the norm.
Likes: Classic Cars, Fine dining. Going to the gym, Swimming, Running and Family time.
Dislikes: Sweetcorn, Heavy rock, Morris men and Wasps.
I am very impressed with the ethos and dynamic approach of the owners Adil and Ayrton and the whole team, firmly supporting them wherever possible. Expanding the sales side of the business believing in a no-nonsense approach to driving sales forward.
